Free Shipping Policy

We offer Free Shipping on orders over $1000 within the USA.

• For orders under $1000, shipping charges will apply based on your location and the delivery method.

• Delivery charges and estimated delivery dates are calculated at checkout.

• All deliveries are subject to stock availability.

Note: Free shipping does not apply to:

• Oversized or heavyweight items requiring special handling

• Restricted or remote delivery zones

• Items requiring scheduled delivery appointments

• Standard delivery takes 3-5 business days depending on your location.

Returns & Refunds

Return Policy

To request a return, please read the conditions below:

• You must initiate your return request within 3 days of receiving the product.

• Products must be returned in new and unused condition, in their original packaging, with all accessories, manuals, and invoice.

• Physically damaged or missing items must be reported at the time of delivery or within 8 hours.

• Returns will not be accepted if:

  • Product packaging is opened or tampered with

  • Items are used or not in resellable condition

Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was delivered damaged or incorrectly.

Return Process

2. Mention your Order ID and the reason for return.

3. Ship the product back to our returns department at the address mentioned on our contact page.

4. After inspection by our team, we will confirm if the return is accepted.

If the seal is broken or the product is used, Stack Link reserves the right to reject the return or deduct applicable restocking fees.

Refund Policy

• Refunds are processed only after the returned product has been received and approved.

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

• For credit/debit card transactions, the refund may take 5–7 business days to appear in your account.

• Shipping and payment processing charges are non-refundable.

• If a discount or coupon was used during purchase, the refund will reflect the adjusted amount.

Dead on Arrival (DOA) Products

If a product is Dead on Arrival (DOA) within the first 3 days of delivery:

• Contact us immediately with full details and order ID.

• We will arrange for the return or request you to drop the product at our designated service location.

• Upon confirmation of DOA by our inspection team, a replacement will be arranged.

• For items outside the DOA period, the product will be repaired or replaced, depending on the nature of the fault.

Order Confirmation & Cancellation

• Once your order is confirmed via email, the item will be reserved if in stock.

• If you wish to cancel the order, please do so within 8 hours of placing it.

• Email us at marketing@stacklinkus.com with your Order ID and reason for cancellation.

• Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed through the original payment method.
