Return and Refund Policy​

Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.

  • Returns and refunds are only applicable if you have a video of the unboxing.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with:

    • Original price tags intact

    • User manuals and warranty cards

    • All accessories and freebies

    • Original manufacturer’s box/packaging

    • A copy of the original invoice

If you have received the wrong item, it must be returned in the same condition as delivered and in the original packaging. Once the item is received and verified, the refund will be processed accordingly.

Damaged or Defective Items

If the item delivered is damaged or defective, please follow these steps:

  1. Notify us within 48 hours of delivery via your registered email ID by contacting:

  2. Our support team will investigate and respond within 48 working hours.

Once the item is received and inspected by our Quality Team:

  • If found defective or damaged, a full refund will be issued, including any shipping fees.

  • If no issue is found and the product passes inspection, the product will be shipped back to you. In such cases, re-shipping charges will apply and must be paid by the customer. Shipping charges for sending the product to us will not be reimbursed.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed under the following conditions:

  • Within 14 working days from the date we receive the returned goods.

  • Within 14 working days from the date of order cancellation (only if the item has not been shipped).

Refund Method:

  • For payments made via Credit/Debit Card, the amount will be refunded to the same card.

  • Depending on your bank, the refund may take up to 30 days to reflect in your account.

Note: No refunds will be issued if incorrect or incomplete shipping details were provided by the customer.

Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

The following items are exempt from return and refund:

  • Products marked as “non-returnable” on the product detail page.

  • Items purchased during a clearance sale.

  • Items sold as part of a combo offer cannot be returned individually.

  • Orders with incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.

Warranty Claims

Any product warranty claims must be handled directly with the vendor or manufacturer as per their warranty terms and conditions.
